Srasti is an entrepreneur and engineer who is embracing opportunities and enjoying every small move helping her to climb the success ladder in the IT industry.

Srasti Gupta is the Director at Clamour Technologies. She is an electronics and communication engineer, who has been working for big companies in the IT Industry for almost five years. In 2016, she joined as a partner at Clamour Technologies which specializes in web development, software development, Mobile app development, SEO, and SMO services in NOIDA, UP.

Srasti belongs to a business family who hails from a small town of UP named Tirwa, District Kannoj.

Srasti says after spending more than five years in the IT industry, she always felt a void and wanted to do something else. So, after years of service with reputed IT giants like ADOBE, she left the job and started preparing for UPSC.

Srasti shares how disheartened she was with her UPSC result after devoting her whole year. She still remembers the day of her result when her brother asked her to try her hands in entrepreneurship and not lose her heart to failure.

Srasti confesses that since joining the company as a partner she clicked with entrepreneurship immediately. She says entrepreneurship is in her blood.

Srasti says she is blessed to have progressive parents and she gives all credit for her success to her mother who has always been a big support.

Srasti considers her mother as her role model, she always had a clear vision of her career, and she inspires her in every step of her life. She says she got the essence of self-reliance and self-identity from her only. The seed of financial independence was sown in her at a very early stage of her childhood.

Discussing her pandemic experience, she says it was a difficult time for everyone but the time came with many learnings too. She tells us how she utilized this time to analyze her company strategies, how she reviewed her business technologies etc.

She recalls the time when her mother asked her not to give up and spend quality time on herself by upgrading her skills and knowledge. So, she enrolled herself in a Goldman Sachs Startup Programme offered by IIM, Bangalore. She dedicated her time to her family and husband.

Srasti counts every little move in her company like a new joinee, new project, new service introduced by her company, or a  new client as her accomplishments. She feels the essence of success lies in keeping moving, keeping growing despite all hurdles and obstacles.

Srasti advises young entrepreneurs to plan, research and do case studies on companies in their field. She shares her experience as a young entrepreneur, when she used to make a list of big names in her field and do case studies on them. She learned from their mistakes and also followed their strategies, and this helped her a lot to frame her business.

In her free time, she loves to travel, and do gardening. She has more than 100 plants at her home. Srasti says listening to music is again a tool for revitalizing her.
