Sonu pursued his passion for fitness when he grew up and aims to fulfil his clients' expectations by delivering satisfactory results with his meticulous training sessions.

Sonu Borasi is the Owner of Fitness Avengers Gym and often participates in bodybuilding competitions like Mr Rajasthan, Mr India and international olympiads winning gold medals. He trains his customers on weight lifting, bodybuilding and overall fitness.

Sonu comes from Madhya Pradesh and underwent training sessions to get into the fitness industry. He got an opportunity through an acquaintance as a Gym Trainer at Gold’s Gym in Udaipur and settled here. Sonu has studied Bachelors in Commerce.

Talking about his struggles, Sonu shares that he had no support when he eventually stepped out of his home in search of a job. He initially struggled to survive on a low income and found it difficult to meet his living expenses. His confidence boosted when people started recognizing him for his work which propelled him to perform better every day. He aims to establish more gyms in future in his own name and participate at the national and international levels.

Since his childhood only, Sonu had a keen interest in sports and participated in racing competitions at the state level. Thereafter, he joined a gym to work on his physique where his seniors motivated him to go for such competitions. Sonu started small with Mr School and has won district level competitions like Mr Ujjan. He has won silver and bronze medals in Mr North India bodybuilding competition. He has once secured 5th place in the weight category of an international event which he considers as an achievement.

Sharing his experience of the pandemic days, Sonu says that gyms were shut on government orders and he faced difficulty in paying his rent and running his house. He also lost some clients owing to the prevailing situation.

Sonu believes in working together with his other trainers at the gym and also helps in solving any issues they might have.

In his leisure time, Sonu likes to indulge in gardening, watch movies and complete all his pending tasks.

For aspiring gym trainers and those who wish to enter the fitness industry, Sonu says that one should go through proper certifications and training to establish oneself and can also consider it as a long-term career.

For the youth who wish to practice body ripping and toning, Sonu shares that they need to improve their lifestyle, maintain a proper routine and diet and stay away from unhealthy habits. He adds that such youngsters should indulge in proper workout training sessions.

Sonu advises everyone not to let go of opportunities, but to grab them and climb up the ladder slowly. His Success Mantra is to treasure every chance that life gives you and start working towards it.

To wind up, Sonu recommends everyone to allocate some time from their busy schedule for fitness activities and avoid inviting any problems like obesity. He adds that one should maintain a fixed eating schedule and not skip any meals. Sonu urges people to work out in any form like yoga, walking, aerobics, playing any sport etc.
