Educator Sana Sehrawat strengthens her students’ speaking and writing skills through interactive activities, as prescribed in NEP- 2020. She believes that self-confidence is the key to success and always encourages students to believe in themselves.

Educator and Coordinator Sana Sehrawat has been working at Paramount Academy, Kasrawad since 2023. She considers her job as not just a job, but a path of responsibility and purpose.

She explains that her role in the school goes far beyond completing the syllabus or managing classroom schedules. As a coordinator, she mainly focuses on listening to students, understanding their queries, clearing their doubts patiently, and guiding them whenever they feel confused or unsure.

According to Sehrawat, every question asked by a child is a doorway to learning for them, and it deserves attention and respect. She shares that she believes in creating a classroom environment where students feel comfortable to speak, to express themselves, and even to make mistakes without fear. She says that real learning begins when students are comfortable enough to open their hearts and minds.

English Teacher Sehrawat says that, in order to ensure the overall development of her students, she regularly plans creative and interactive activities in her classes. She explains that storytelling sessions, role plays, and class discussions are not just activities for entertainment, but powerful tools of learning. Through storytelling children learn imagination, expression, and confidence. Through role plays, they learn how to step into different characters, understand emotions, and communicate clearly. She adds that class discussions encourage students to think deeply, form opinions, and respectfully listen to others.

Coordinator and Educator Sana Sehrawat says that these methods help in developing students’ speaking, writing, and interactive skills in a natural and enjoyable way.

She mentions that English is the second language for students of class 6th and 7th as per the National Education Policy- NEP 2020, and because of this, she feels an even greater responsibility to strengthen their foundation.

She adds that she constantly works to improve her teaching strategies so that students do not just memorize English, but truly understand and use it confidently in real life.

Talking about her favorite quote, Sana Sehrawat says that she deeply believes in the simple yet powerful statement, “Believe in yourself.” She explains that this line has guided her not only in her professional life but also in her personal life.

Paramount Academy English Teacher Sana Sehrawat says that when a person believes in themselves, they unlock a strength that cannot be measured. She shares that she often reminds her students that success does not begin with marks, it begins with self-belief. If you believe in yourself, you can achieve anything you truly work for. But the moment you start doubting your own abilities, you create walls that stop you from moving forward. Sehrawat says that self-doubt is often more dangerous than failure, because failure can teach you lessons, but doubt can stop you from even trying.
