Sneha Joshi is the Director of Unique Consultancy Firm in Udaipur. She helps job seekers to gain career opportunities in India and abroad. Besides this, she is also a motivational speaker.

Sneha was born and brought up in Udaipur. She says she was an average student during her school days. She did her engineering from Techno India NJR Institute of Technology, Udaipur. Her father wanted her to do a government job.

Talking about her entry into the consultancy field, Sneha says that during her bachelor's she found that everybody's motto was job placement and high salaries. So she got the idea to start a recruitment firm.

Talking about her struggles in life, Sneha says that her first struggle was dealing with the pressure of her father to get a government job and settle her life. The next struggle she faced was how to raise funds for her venture and how to acquire proper knowledge for providing placements to her clients. Sneha shares that change in the family,  trying to do new things and living in a new place while pursuing her dream, was also a challenge in her life.

Sharing her Covid experience, Sneha says that it was the hardest time in her life. It had a very bad impact on her work due to the sealing of international borders which created problems for her clients. She worked digitally to sustain her Consultancy Firm. Sneha also helped many people to recover from the disease during the pandemic.

Sneha shares that her grandmother was a bold and strong lady who always motivated her to take bold steps in life. She wanted her to be like Kiran Bedi.  Sneha considers her grandmother as a role model in her life.

For one and all, Sneha says that nothing is difficult in this world and to achieve success in life you only need determination. She advises keeping perfect knowledge, leadership skills, proper education and experience in your fields.

Sneha’s success mantra is gaining and maintaining the trust of her clients.

If a Time Machine is given to her, Sneha would like to go back in time and have a good digital background as at present, she has to pursue her education along with her work and she wants to do a lot of activities in this regard using digital media.

Whenever she is free, she spends time with her son and likes to have fun with him by playing games, drawing and doing many more things.
