From aimlessness to purpose, Siddharth now thrives as a professor, passionately guiding young minds. He champions continuous learning and emphasizes the necessity of gaining practical industry knowledge.

Siddharth Mehta serves as an Assistant Professor in the Electrical Engineering Department at the Aravali Institute of Technical Studies, Udaipur.

Hailing from Udaipur, Siddharth did his schooling till the tenth standard from MMPS, Udaipur. Continuing his education, he did  a Polytechnic Diploma from Vidya Bhawan, driven by his innate interest in the electrical field. Amidst personal challenges and distractions during his diploma's third year, including his grandfather's health issues, he persevered, ultimately earning his diploma.

Realizing the need for direction in his life, he resumed his studies, earning a BTech from the Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies, where he learned various computer languages and scored an impressive 84% in his BTech.

A brief stint in the industry post-diploma made Siddharth realize his passion for teaching. Influenced by his parents, he embraced the teaching profession, finding fulfillment in imparting knowledge.

Professor Prakash Sundaram, Siddharth's mentor during his diploma course, played a pivotal role in guiding him both professionally and personally. The character of ‘Karna’ from the Hindu epic Mahābhārata also inspires him.

Mentioning his achievements, Siddharth shares that he is a state-level hockey player. He also showcased his leadership skills during an internship in Udaipur's smart city project. Leading a team of engineers, he contributed to the project by creating plans and diagrams for smart city road designs.

Offering advice to aspiring teachers, Siddharth emphasizes the importance of genuine motivation to impart practical industry knowledge to young students.

He also advocates for fruitful time utilization over social media indulgence, urging the youth to focus on productivity rather than aimless scrolling.
