Shweta Saumaya is a TGT-English at Alok Senior Secondary School. She joined Alok School in 2015.
Shweta is from Patna and her childhood and most of her education took place in Patna itself. She did her higher secondary from Patna University. After that, she did her graduation in Information and Technology from Manipal University. Later, she pursued her B.Ed. from Singhania University.
Shweta shares that she initially came to Alok School to get her daughter enrolled and after getting to know the teaching culture and traditional plus modern approach that the school incorporates in its functioning inspired Shweta to join it as a teacher as well.
Talking about her role models, Shweta says that her father, who is a retired superintending engineer, is her role model. His honesty, work ethics, strictness, and discipline in life inspire Shweta a lot. Also, she adds that Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam and his motto of simple living and high thinking also motivate her. Shweta also learns from Acharya Shyamlal Kumawat and Dr. Pradeep Kumawat of Alok Sansthan and says that she has learned a lot by being a part of this institution.
Advising the youth, Shweta says that they should keep practicing, never forget their roots and move ahead in life as a group, with confidence.
In her free time, Shweta likes reading books, doing Yoga, and tries to keep learning and upgrading herself.
