After working for corporate companies for some time, Shweta discovered a keen interest in graphology. Shweta is a Graphologist and the founder of Write Mind. She has been in this field for the last twelve years.

Presently domiciled in Mumbai, she holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.

Recalling her childhood memories, Shweta recounts that both her parents were employed, instilling in her a sense of independence. Her early years were spent in a creche, where she made new friends. She feels blessed to have an older brother who took care of her and whom she can look up to. She shares that since her childhood, she has been interested in knowing the people around her. She wanted to pursue Arts after her tenth grade, but her parents did not let her. Later, she pursued her post-graduate studies in HRM, motivated by a desire to enhance her interpersonal skills.

Delving into her professional journey, Shweta says that after learning Graphology, she started doing the therapy on herself and subsequently extended it to her friends. Following her relocation to Vadodara post-marriage, she began providing therapy to clients, predominantly catering to teenagers. After a three-year stint in Vadodara, she relocated to Mumbai and joined a school where she applied graphology to improve her handwriting. Despite encountering challenges, Shweta describes her journey as fulfilling.

Talking about her challenges, Shweta narrates how she traveled every weekend from Vadodara to Mumbai to learn advanced graphology from the institute that she always wanted to learn from. She believes that if we really want something, we can do it. She shares that it was challenging for her to make people understand her work, and she organized free workshops to raise awareness about graphology. Emphasizing that her practice differs from fortune-telling, she elucidates that her role involves understanding personalities based on present traits and offering insights into potential future developments.

Talking about the impact of the COVID pandemic, she says she initially hesitated to transition to online sessions. However, recognizing the need to embrace modern technology for business growth, she adapted swiftly.

Highlighting her achievements, Shweta states that seeing that the therapy that she gave to her clients has worked well and they are satisfied with her work is her biggest accomplishment.

When asked about her role models, she identifies her brother as her biggest supporter and inspiration. She also looks up to her graphology professor.

For mental peace, Shweta loves to dance and write.

Shweta’s life mantra is that "Passion ignites my motivation." She advises everyone to take out time to do something that they are passionate about.

For aspiring professionals in her field, she advises them to take some classes on graphology and try to do two to three things that complement each other, like metaphor analysis, HRM, and many more.
