To give wings to her innovative ideas, Shubhi became an entrepreneur who rejoices in working with new challenges every day.

Shubhi Agrawal is the Co-Founder at Locobuzz Solutions, a company providing a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform to analyse customer experience management.

Shubhi hails from Ahmedabad. She grew up in a nuclear family. She says that sometimes seeing her father coming home frustrated because of the restrictive corporate environment made her realise that her creative freedom might get restricted too in the corporate environment, so she made up her mind to become an entrepreneur.

Shubhi and her team founded their company in 2015 in an attempt to provide analytics of social media to both the content producers and the consumers. She says that it was not an easy feat initially to put their idea into practice but facing challenges was what she had always desired and thus she was eventually able to make it work. She also ensured an open and liberal work environment in the company giving everyone an equal opportunity to take part and pitch in their ideas.

Talking about her achievements, Shubhi says that when you are an entrepreneur, every positive step taken for the first time gives you a sense of achievement , and the same was the case with her.

Shubhi considers Oprah Winfrey and Michele Obama as her role models. Their strong characters and struggles inspire her to keep working hard herself too.

Whenever Shubhi gets free time, she likes to spend time with her family. Apart from that, she is an avid reader and typically completes reading about fifty books every year. During the pandemic too, she read numerous books from almost every genre. She reads books not only for recreation but also to keep herself updated with the latest developments in her profession.
