As a musician, Shubham feels that music has its own language and is universal in nature. He has his own studio by the name of Roots Music Factory.

Shubham Raj Nikumbh is a music producer who has been in the music field for over a decade now. He has worked with many musical bands and currently operates from Roots Music Factory.

Shubham did his graduation in Mass Communication, followed by learning music production from the Mumbai Music Institute. He has been producing music for four years now. His compositions have been released on Zee Music and have garnered a million views.

Talking about the pandemic, Shubham shares that it was quite a challenging period for him since his studio was temporarily inactive. But he utilized this opportunity to produce a song called "Door," which is available on his YouTube channel.

When asked about his role models, Shubham says that he draws his inspiration from his parents, particularly his mother, who used to sing on the same scale. He also learnt how to deliver tasks and assignments on time from his father.

Shubham says that many times people don’t pursue what they really want to, fearing whether their plans will work out or not. On that note, he says that one should always give it a shot and not quit in the process. Shubham advises aspiring musicians to be confident about themselves and not compare themselves with others. He says that the music industry has a lot to learn from. Shubham continues to say that it is very important for music producers to match with the artist’s vibe rather than just focusing on putting their element into the music.

If given an opportunity, Shubham would love to work with Pritam Da and A.R. Rahman. He believes that background music plays a crucial role in music production to generate an impact. Shubham is thankful to technology for providing options like logic software to produce music.

When Shubham is not making music, he focuses on learning music and downloading plugins. He enjoys playing the guitar and composing new songs. Shubham also plays cricket sometimes.
