Describing his evolution from an employee to an entrepreneur, Shubham says his father always told him to always listen to good people, learn hard, and move ahead with determination. Taking his father's advice to heart, Shubham embarked on a journey of continuous learning and self-improvement. Initially, coming out of his comfort zone as an employee was challenging, but with the support of his wife, he took the challenge and started his own business.

He says if one is good at mathematics and calculations, he may get into structural engineering. If someone is good at planning, has creativity, and has an aesthetic sense, they should opt for the architecture and interior design fields. If someone has an inclination towards spirituality, they might consider pursuing a career in Vastu consulting.
Shubham follows the quote by Elon Musk: "Work for 100 hours a week and you will achieve success." Shubham believes in pushing himself to the limit and dedicating a significant amount of time and effort towards his goals. He understands that success often requires immense dedication and perseverance, and he is willing to put in the extra hours to achieve his desired level of success.
If he gets a chance to go back in time via a time machine, Shubham would relive his initial time at the start of his career, as it was one of the most challenging but rewarding periods of his life. He will also eliminate the COVID pandemic's negative effects on the world and his friends. He believes that having a time machine would allow him to make a significant impact and improve the lives of many people.
Drawing a comparison between education and experience, Shubham says that, for him, experience has been the key to his personal and professional growth. After his education, he was always in the field, meeting people to learn the intricacies of his field. He believes that hands-on experience has been invaluable in shaping his knowledge and skills. On the other hand, he also believes that good colleges provide strong technical foundations that can greatly enhance one's understanding and abilities.
