Shubham Gandhi is the COO of his own brand development agency- Shrishti Creations, and also heads his other company which deals with event management.  He is also running a couple of startups along with his firm.

Shubham Gandhi was born and brought up in Udaipur. He has done his schooling from St. Paul’s Sr. Sec. School in Udaipur. He then pursued his graduation in Mechanical Engineering from Techno NJR College in Udaipur.

After completing his graduation, Shuabam started working in the JK Tyres company as a Tyre Testing Scientist in Mysore. After working there for about a year he realised that he wanted to do something in Udaipur and for Udaipur. So he came back to Udaipur and started his own brand development agency. His brand development agency uses both online and offline modes for branding and promotion purposes. Shubham has also been giving his services as a consultant to various corporate houses in Udaipur.

Along with his agency, Shubham has also initiated a couple of startups. One of his startups is ‘PropsGuru’ which provides props for clicking good selfies and groupies. His innovative idea was also praised by several media and business houses. The startup was recently also awarded ‘Most Innovative Startup in Rajasthan’ by BigFM radio channel.

Shubham has also started his event management company during the lockdown period manifesting his interest in the event management field. The company mainly deals with production designing.

Shubham believes that his professional field demands good knowledge of networking and the one who knows networking well will definitely do good in this field. Shubham himself is a very social person in his personal life and heads many social groups of Udaipur. He considers networking his success mantra.

Shubham had a very delightful childhood especially his school and college life. He really misses those days and thus he would like to visit his school life if he ever gets a chance to go to his past.

In his free time, Shubham likes to dance, study mathematics and play cricket. All three of which are his passion and talent at the same time.

Shubham thinks that although this pandemic came as a tragedy to all of us, it also had some good impacts too. Most significant of all was that people have become technologically sound and the older generation has also learned to use social media to connect to their loved ones. All in all, this has given a major boost to the mission of Digital India.

According to Shubham what matters more in the long run is, what you have helped people achieve rather than what you have achieved. He says that the growth of the whole team all together should be the goal of the team leader. And Shubham believes this to be leadership.

Shubham thinks that education and experience both are important in their roles. He says that education is the theoretical  knowledge of things while experience is the practical one, so both are vital for success.
