A dedicated educator, Shruti wants all her students to be successful learners.

Shruti Rao is working as a teacher at Witty International School, Udaipur. She has  been working in this field for the past eight years.

Shruti was born and brought up in Udaipur, and all her schooling was done at St. Mary’s School. She has a master's degree, a bachelor's degree in education, and an MBA.

When asked about her role models, Shruti says that she considers all those people who have come into her life as her inspirations. She wants to learn something from everyone, and she wishes for her students to remember her as a good teacher.

Describing her COVID experience, Shruti says that the time of the pandemic was very shocking. The future of the students was at stake, and the teachers could not figure out how to connect with them. Shruti says that her school promptly trained all the teachers on various online platforms, equipping them to take part in online sessions and preventing a significant loss in the education of the students.

Shruti enjoys reading, spending time with her kids, and cooking in her spare time.

Shruti wants to suggest to the youth that it's important to keep learning. There ought to be something new to learn every day. According to her, one should move on, accept new ideas and changes, and forget the past because every day is a fresh start.

Shruti would like to advise the aspirants to the field that if they want to become teachers, they must be passionate about the field, continually update their knowledge, and establish a good rapport with the kids since they want to learn more from teachers they like and respect.
