Shreya Mehta is a Recruiter and Professional Growth Coach specializing in assisting Indian immigrants in the North American region, including the USA and Canada. As the Co-founder of The Super Coach, she focuses on empowering individuals by enhancing their confidence and communication skills, and helping them with job search strategies and preparation for interviews.

Additionally, she also offers guidance on crafting effective resumes and optimizing LinkedIn profiles. Shreya's mission is to help people transition from dependence to independence in their professional journeys.

Having her own company counts as an achievement for Shreya Mehta, as does her sense of independence, her kindness, and her unforgettable personality. Furthermore, her participation in Shooting while in 8th grade—when no other girl even thought of participating in such a sport—reflects her determination. She finds joy in participating in events where people say that a female cannot do it.

Shreya Mehta mostly works virtually with all her clients with just a few occasions where she conducts in-person workshops. She believes virtual sessions are more cost-effective as it saves time on travel and leaves more room for conversation. Shreya helps her clients present themselves and in preparing their resumes well and in a more impactful manner. She feels if we don’t sell ourselves well or don’t glorify what we do, probably no one else will. On that note, Shreya emphasizes the importance of confidence, communication, and presentation skills.

As the co-founder of The Super Coach, Shreya Mehta trains individuals to bring out the best in themselves. She offers both short-term and long-term courses that focus on enhancing resumes, LinkedIn profiles, confidence, communication skills, and help in interview preparation. The objective is to empower clients financially, mentally, and spiritually. However, The Super Coach determines whether an individual requires a short-term or long-term course based on their current journey and skill levels.

When asked about her inspiration for becoming a coach, Shreya Mehta shares that she began coaching after returning to India in 2014, following a decade spent away from her hometown. Initially, her plan was to teach as a professor at Mewar University, a regional institution in Chittorgarh. However, she later decided to expand her scope, realizing that her experiences and learnings from abroad could benefit a wider audience.

Reflecting on her early days, Shreya Mehta calls Chittorgarh her home, where she was born and raised. She shares that her family was strict about education, while also emphasizing the importance of being kind to others. As a result, education was a central focus for her and her siblings. After completing her schooling in Chittorgarh until the 10th grade, Shreya attended Maharani Gayatri Devi School and used to live in their hostel in Jaipur before moving to Mumbai, where she lived for eight years. In Mumbai, she pursued a BCom degree and underwent CA and CS training. During this time, Shreya realized there was much more to life than the sheltered world she had known as a pampered child. Her goal was to gain the best education and exposure to grow and succeed in life.

She expresses gratitude to her parents for providing the resources to meet her educational needs, something not everyone has access to. This inspired her to share her knowledge with others in a way that benefits all. Her main goal is to empower people, helping them recognize their potential and understand that how they present themselves to the world is crucial.

Talking about her role models, Shreya Mehta shares that her parents have been her greatest inspiration. She admires her mother, a Jainism speaker and tutor, for balancing her passion with family life, and her father for managing family responsibilities while also showing kindness to the world around him. Shreya aspires to emulate both her parents' qualities—pursuing her passion while being kind to others.

"I am forever God's favourite child" is a statement Shreya strongly believes in. She explains that God is always with you—either protecting you from opportunities not meant for you or creating the ones that are. A quote she finds inspiration in is: "Believe that God is watching you and keep doing your actions." On that note, Shreya urges people to never hold back on their actions; keep moving forward, and God will ensure you find your way.

Advising all youngsters and job seekers, Shreya Mehta suggests maintaining a steady pace and being consistent at all times. She emphasizes that one's efforts, actions, and patience go a long way in achieving goals. Shreya also urges people not to hesitate when asking for help, stating that doing so can facilitate quicker achievement of their objectives. Additionally, she encourages everyone to recognize their own value and what they bring to the table, saying, “If you don’t believe in yourself and your skills, others will not believe in you either.”

Shreya Mehta further enlightens her audience by saying, “Do not let anybody tell you that you are not enough or that you don’t bring value.” She emphasizes that if you encounter someone who makes you feel that way, it means you are with the wrong set of people.

Shreya shares a powerful message: “There is a reason why God has created you. Find that reason, discover your power, and seek your inspiration.”

In the end, Shreya Mehta invites everyone to get in touch with her to kickstart their journey towards their dream job, take a leap of faith, and get started. Her Instagram handle is @CoachShreyaMehta, and her personal website is coachshreyamehta.com. Her business website is super.coach.

The main idea behind her vision is: "Ask for help, and you will definitely get it. If you don’t ask, you’ll likely remain where you are, and nothing will change."
