Shreekant has been practicing the art of painting for the last several years and is continuing the professional legacy started by his father.

Shreekant Parashar is the owner of Om Painter Shop in Pushkar.

Shreekant was born in Pushkar. He completed his schooling at Pushkar itself. He started learning to paint from his father when he was young and is carrying forward his father's tradition. He has been in this field for the last 25 years. He does different kinds of paintings like art painting, wall painting, and t-shirt painting.

In the times of COVID, Shreekant says that he suffered financially as they had no customers coming and had to do priest work, which he learned from his father.

Shreekant feels grateful to his father, who made him capable of earning, and to his mother, who took care of him and taught him how to cook.

Shreekant also invites everyone to visit the world-famous Brahma temple and the Pushkar Sarovar. There are many beautiful temples that visitors can visit in Pushkar and enjoy the spiritual ambience of the holy city.

When free, Shreekant reads the Ramayana and the Hanuman Chalisa, which give him eternal peace. He also spends time with his family.

श्रीकांत का जन्म पुष्कर में हुआ था। उन्होंने अपनी स्कूली शिक्षा पुष्कर में ही पूरी की। जब वह छोटे थे तब उन्होंने अपने पिता से पेंटिंग बनाना सीखना शुरू कर दिया था और वह अपने पिता की परंपरा को आगे बढ़ा रहे हैं। वह पिछले 25 वर्षों से इस क्षेत्र में हैं। वह विभिन्न प्रकार की पेंटिंग जैसे आर्ट पेंटिंग, वॉल पेंटिंग और टी-शर्ट पेंटिंग करते हैं।

श्रीकांत कहते हैं कि कोविड के समय में उन्हें आर्थिक रूप से परेशानी हुई क्योंकि उनके पास कोई ग्राहक नहीं आ रहा था और उन्हें पुजारी का काम करना पड़ा, जो उन्होंने अपने पिता से सीखा था।
