Shradha Ganeriwala was born and brought up in Mumbai. She did her schooling from Birla Public School. She is the owner of a Dancing and Fitness center named ‘Pulse: The Studio’ in Pune.
Shradha says that she has been in this field for the past twenty years. Apart from Dance, she is also training in arts like Zumba, Russian Classical Ballet, Gymnastics, Spinning, Martial Arts, KickBoxing, etc. She feels that all these activities help in de-stressing as well.
Her clients are from different age groups and professions like doctors, nursing staff, advocates, and even homemakers. She feels that the Covid pandemic has made people extremely aware of fitness and health.
Shradha says that she comes from a Marwari family and her father was a little conservative in his approach. However, her mother helped her a lot and always pushed Shradha to do what she likes in life. Even after marriage, she got a very supportive family and as a result, she could do what she always dreamt of doing.
Talking about the Covid pandemic, Shradha says that it changed their life professionally and personally. She was so engrossed in her business that almost forgot that she had a life as well. The pandemic gave her time to relax and think about herself. It gave her time with her family. Professionally, they did what everyone else was doing, shifting their business online. She started online classes and started getting clients from around the world. Online mode helped her get more exposure and reach.
If given a Time Machine, she would like to relive her childhood days which were carefree and had no stress of life.
Shradha says that she and her team are like a family and take every decision together after much discussion. She finds herself blessed to get such a supportive team.
Shradha feels that youngsters nowadays are very stressed and have increased anger levels. They have become blunt and have to face too much competition in life which is affecting them badly. She says that the youth should join fitness centers and try to destress themselves to lead happy lives.
Shradha opines that parents should not force anything upon their kids and let them do what they want to. However, parents should guide them when they see their kids going the wrong way.
Whenever Shradha gets free time, she likes to travel and read books. She has also found her new love in Cooking and is learning the same.
