Shishir is a changemaker who is on his journey to educate the youth of this country so that they can become better individuals of tomorrow.

Shishir Arun Tripathi, also known as Rudra, comes from Ayodhya. His family has been residing in Nagpur for three generations. He is the Director of the Kratusprz Foundation, which he runs with two of his brothers.

Recalling his childhood, Shishir shares that he grew up in a temple and spent his days in worship of God. He remembers people visiting his temple to meet his grandmother and seek solutions for their problems.

Shishir and his siblings completed their secondary education at Shri Umiya Shankar Narayanji High School, Gujarat. He then pursued his higher secondary in Electronics from Nagpur. Shishir went ahead to do his Mechanical Engineering from KDK College of Engineering, Nagpur. He is currently pursuing his MBA in Information Technology.

Talking about his professional journey, Shishir shares that he is in the business of construction and interior design. Before coming into this field, he used to work as a sales and product manager for a company. Shishir shares that he could hardly save any money, which either got spent on helping people or on himself. When he finally decided to do something of his own, he just had four hundred rupees in his pocket, shares Shishir.

Shishir started his journey with trading and installation of tuffen glasses and slowly found his way in the construction field. Spending time with labourers, Shishir realised how tough life was for them and how they and their kids were in dire need of education. Whenever time permitted, Shishir used to teach their kids and has imparted free education consultation to more than one thousand kids. This noble cause gave birth to his initiative called Kratusprz, which means a moment of self-realisation for him and a state of willingness to do something good for society. Through his initiative, Shishir provides direct economic help to students who wish to study but cannot afford to pay the fee. He also facilitates interviews for job aspirants.

Speaking about his achievements, Shishir says his organisation was a part of the G20 initiative, and he enlightened his students on its relevance. He credits his success to his mother and grandmother, who struggled and worked hard to provide quality education to their children. Shishir considers them his role models.

Discussing his struggles, Shishir says that winning the trust of customers and building goodwill in the market were some of his challenges. Trusting people and getting betrayal in return have been his lessons.

Shishir advises everyone to believe that whatever their parents do is for their own good. He goes on to say that we all need to move away from our colonial mindset. Shishir advises the youth not to use social media for wrong things but to utilise their time to work and study hard. He suggests they set their goals and priorities in life and walk in the right direction.
