Shishir Singh, a talented Singer, Songwriter, and Music Composer at Great Catwalk Events & Entertainment, has always had a deep passion for music.

Born into a middle-class family in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, his love for music was nurtured by his musically-inclined family.

Singh pursued his schooling in Music but initially graduated with a degree in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Bhopal. It was during his graduation that he moved to Mumbai for training at the Leela Hotel, and later, to further his musical education, he studied at the Ajivasan Music Academy while working to sustain himself.

Singh’s journey in music took off in Mumbai, where he performed at numerous shows and even taught music. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to start an event management company, which is now run by his wife, and his band performs at their events.

He acknowledges the music industry's evolution, which has opened doors for independent artists like him to compose and release their work. He has proudly released several of his songs on YouTube, gaining a substantial following.

Challenges, Shishir believes, are essential for growth. He faced his share of struggles, from financial difficulties to the competitive nature of music auditions, including the Indian Idol. These experiences, while tough, pushed him forward in his career.
