A successful manager in Oriflame, Shilpa also works with the motive of helping other people solve their health issues with the help of her natural recipes. In her company, she is known as the wellness coach.

Shilpa Agarwal is a manager in Oriflame. She is also the Vice President of the Dream Achievers Club for women in Jaipur.

Shilpa says, initially, she was not interested in this field, and had completed courses in Interior Design and Jewellery Design. She loves to connect with nature, and in an exhibition, she met Preeti Goyal, who made her  realise her dreams and then she decided to fulfil them by joining this field.

Recalling her childhood, Shilpa says that it was wonderful and full of love and care. Her parents always supported and encouraged her to do whatever she wanted to do in life.

Talking about her journey, Shilpa says that she was always supported by her father and led an independent life. His father treated her like a son and provided her with all the freedom to explore life. After joining the Dream Achievers Club, she is fulfilling her dreams. She says that there were many ups and downs in her journey as she faced various difficulties. Her main motive in life is to provide wellness tips to others by combining nature and science.

Shilpa shares that she gained various experiences and enjoyed her journey by overcoming the challenge of changing the lifestyle of others as well as her own. She feels good by solving the different issues people have, like skin issues, hair fall problems, weight loss, weight gain, etc.

Accepting her mistakes, Shilpa says that she made the mistake of forgetting the old things while accepting the new ones.

Sharing her achievements, Shilpa says that she holds the post of vice president of the Dream Achievers Club and has also received various awards for her work in the field of wellness. She says that the biggest accomplishment for her is to solve the issues of other people and to make them smile.

Shilpa’s role model is her father, as she considers him a real-life hero and learns from him to handle difficult situations and to work hard in life.

To attain mental peace, Shilpa likes to watch her favourite movies and goes to the temple for worship.

Shilpa’s success mantra is to accept the new things in life but not forget the old ones to make a creative and meaningful combination.
