With over a decade of experience, she is also the founder of "Calmpreneur," a startup aimed at creating meditation trainers across India. Her book, “Get Up Once More,” and her entrepreneurial journey, reflect her commitment to personal growth and transformation.

Sheetal Jhota Sisodiya is a dedicated Meditation Coach who has been teaching meditation and promoting positive energy and productivity for over ten years. As a Mindset Strategist, she has inspired and transformed the lives of 25,000 people. Sheetal is also the creator of ‘Tattvam Meditation’, a process designed to help individuals achieve peace and productivity in their lives.

Sheetal Jhota is also currently working on her startup called ‘Calmpreneur’, a platform through which she is creating more meditation trainers across India.

One of her major accomplishments has been growing from hosting meditation sessions with just three participants to leading sessions attended by 25,000 people. She is now on the verge of launching her own application and has received an overwhelmingly positive response to her startup initiative focused on creating meditation trainers. Additionally, her book, “Get Up Once More,” stands as another testament to her journey of perseverance and achievement.

Reflecting on her early days, Sheetal says she was born and brought up in Udaipur. She completed her schooling at Central Public Senior Secondary School, Udaipur. The school principal, Alka Sharma, introduced her to meditation and also incorporated the same in their curriculum.

Sisodiya fondly remembers her school’s morning assembly, where different inspiring personalities were invited to teach students something new. One such personality deeply resonated with her, sparking her desire to write a book and share her thoughts to help others improve their lives.

On a personal note, Sisodiya recalls her first earning, which she made while playing with her siblings. That moment planted a seed in her mind—she decided that she wanted to build her own business rather than work for someone else. Over time, her childhood interests evolved into her passion and eventually her profession.

Jhota believes that struggles and achievements are integral to life. Reflecting on her journey, she shares how she always had a long-term vision for her goals. However, after reaching each milestone, she faced moments where she felt stuck, and progress seemed delayed. Despite these challenges, she remained determined, navigating setbacks with resilience.

If given a time machine to travel back into the past, Sheetal Sisodiya says she firmly believes that directing efforts in the right direction leads to life unfolding naturally. With a clear vision of her goals, she would not choose to change anything, even with the power of time travel. She reflects that every life situation has been a learning experience, and the failures and setbacks she encountered have shaped her into the person she is today.

Drawing parallels between education and experience, Sheetal Jhota emphasizes how both have played significant roles in shaping her journey. She discovered meditation during her school days, but it was after completing her MBA that she realized how to monetize her expertise as an entrepreneur and plan strategically. Jhota reflects that had she not studied subjects like Market Research and Marketing with dedication, including analyzing case studies, she might not have been able to elevate her business to its current success.

Experience has also been a key teacher. Although her progress slowed down when she entered marital life, she returned stronger, eventually establishing her own institution. Facing challenges firsthand and learning on the ground have been invaluable in her growth as an entrepreneur and mentor.

Sheetal Jhota draws inspiration from her mother, who taught her patience and instilled confidence and ability in her to achieve any goal. She recalls her mother's encouragement when she struggled with stage fright, urging her to try without fear of failure—"zyada se zyada kya ho jaega" (what’s the worst that can happen). Her mother’s giving nature and big heart make her Sheetal’s greatest role model.

She also looks up to Tony Robbins for his transformative teachings and courses. From Robbins, she learned that there is a practical world beyond theoretical knowledge and how to apply actionable tips in the transformation process. His lessons on execution have significantly influenced her approach.

Sheetal’s favorite quote is: “If you keep waiting for the perfect conditions, you will never get anything done.” This philosophy has guided her throughout her journey. She reflects on how she used to wait for the "right time"—like arranging sufficient funds before starting her venture. However, after embracing this quote, she decided to take action despite the conditions and hasn't looked back since.

In her free time, Sheetal Jhota enjoys listening to old Bollywood songs, with her favourite being “Zindagi Pyar Ka Geet Hai.” She listens to this song 3-4 times a week as it energises her and helps her tackle challenges in both her personal and professional life. The uplifting lyrics of the song allow her to focus better and stay motivated.

In her message to young Indians, Sheetal Jhota Sisodiya says that when the energy of a space is uplifted and peaceful, it naturally leads to increased productivity. She suggests that to maintain positive energy at home, it's crucial for at least one person to practice meditation. Rather than thinking others need meditation more than you, start practicing it yourself. Sheetal emphasizes that when you meditate, it not only benefits you but also spreads positivity to others around you. Her goal is for at least one person in every home to practice meditation, ensuring that the space remains peaceful and its energy stays balanced.

Sisodiya emphasizes the importance of maintaining pure energy and embracing the mindset of giving and striving for transformation. She believes that working solely for money or fame does not lead to lasting results. By embodying the power of giving, as taught by her mother, and focusing on making a positive difference, true success in life can be achieved.

Sisodiya explains that upgrading your skills is a continuous process; one cannot teach meditation effectively without first experiencing it personally. Meditation brings a transformation in thoughts, behaviour, and physical state while fostering wisdom and a solution-oriented mindset. She highlights that teaching meditation is particularly challenging without firsthand experience, as it requires navigating distractions and overcoming obstacles inherent to the practice.
