Shravan has been working in the hospitality field for the past ten years. He feels that whoever works with honesty and loyalty can achieve anything in life.

Shravan Pal Singh is working as a Group General Manager at Hotel Darshan Palace, Udaipur.

Shravan hails from Pali. He did his schooling in a small village in Pali named Barkana. Then he did Bachelor in Business Administration from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. After that, Shravan received a PG-Diploma in HRM from Delhi University. Shravan then did his training from the HRH group of hotels.

Talking about his struggles, Shravan says that the initial training phase where he had to learn to interact with the customers and learn more about the field was the toughest phase.

When asked about his COVID-19 experience, Shravan says that, during that time, everyone had to struggle as jobs and businesses saw a downward fall and everything slowed down. However, things are getting back on track now according to Shravan. Prior to COVID, Shravan used to work in the HRM department but after that, he decided to focus on multi-tasking and joined as a General Manager.

When asked about his role models, Shravan says that Manmohan Singh, Vice President of Golden Tulip Hotel, and Satya Roy Choudhary, Group General Manager of Radisson Hotels Pvt. Ltd. are his role models. They both have guided, taught, and mentored Shravan in the hospitality field and he considers them his inspirations in life.

Advising the youth, Shravan says that the hospitality field has a lot of scope for those who can work hard honestly.
