Sharad is currently working with an NGO and helps provide livelihood options to the youth of Udaipur and he sees it as a great achievement that he can help people.

Sharad grew up in Jaipur and studied in Kendriya Vidyalaya. He is in the field of social development since 2013, other than that he has worked in the marketing sector with various companies like Cipla and Panacea Biotech. He says his experience in Cipla was the best for 4 years while he was there. He lives with his wife and two kids. His daughter works in the ICICI bank and his son is a student at IHM Bhopal. He also has a pup named Bruno.

Sharad says his main struggle in life was when he used to work with Panacea Biotech as a marketing agent. He says the company was fairly new and had not many shares of products in the market so he had to go back and forth from Jaipur to Ahmedabad to sell products for the company. He faced a lot of struggles and couldn’t give much time to his family as he was consistently traveling every 15 days.

His main inspiration has been Yogesh Puri, who is the national sales manager for Panacea Biotech. The way he talks and the confidence he exhibits really inspire Sharad. Another person he really admires is Sanjay Chaudhari, director of his current organization. The way he always backs him up has always pushed him to move ahead in life positively.

For those who want to enter his industry, they should be ready for the hardships. He says the financial rewards are not up to the mark but the self-satisfaction is very rewarding. He says that the main skill a person should have is human skills. To understand another person is very important. Other than that everything else is a bonus.

His childhood memories of Jorhat, Assam are one of the most alluring ones for him. He says to see the fighter jets taking off and landing gave him a big rush of blood each time he used to see them.

If he could go back in time, Sharad would want to become a pilot and serve in the Indian Air Force.

He loves to spend his free time with his family, his kids, and playing with his dog. He is also a bookworm and always likes to carry a novel to read in his free time.
