According to Shalini, issues with females like PCOD-PCOS, weight gain and loss, and fertility are all common in today's society. She claims that all these health problems are the result of an improper daily routine and diet. According to her, maintaining an active daily schedule with yoga or other forms of exercise can help us stay healthy. Furthermore, she says that in maintaining good health, a correct diet plays a crucial role—about 70%—and daily physical activity plays the remaining 30%.
Remembering her childhood, Shalini says she was a little different from other kids. She was always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges. She used to talk to people and attempt to assist them.
Speaking about her mistakes, Shalini says everyone commits mistakes in life and the actual learning starts from the mistakes only.
When asked about her role models, Shalini says she considers her parents and her husband as her role models. Her parents and husband support and encourage her a lot. Anuj Sharma, a motivational speaker, YouTuber, and trainer, is another person she looks up to for inspiration.
To relax her body and calm her mind, Shalini likes to walk. She walks for at least fifteen minutes to keep herself healthy along with her diet.
