In the twelve years of his journey in the human resources field, Shakil has earned a name in the industry and aspires to help struggling job aspirants.

Recalling his childhood, Shakil says that his childhood was filled with struggles as his parents got divorced, and it was difficult for him to face this situation. He was not able to study much, but today he provides training to MBA students in HR and Marketing.

Sharing about his journey, Shakil says that he gave several interviews to get a job. He had no guidance from anywhere, so it was quite challenging for him. He got his first job at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, where he used to work in the recruitment department. Later, he decided to start his own consulting firm. His aim is to provide job opportunities to struggling students at no cost. He is currently working on his app, which will aid job seekers.

Talking about his mistakes, Shakil says that joining an MLM company was a mistake, but he has learned from his experience and applied it to his consultancy.

Sharing his achievements, Shakil says that he has done many kinds of work that he himself does not remember. But today, he is successfully owning a company and has ventured into various startups in the fields of IT, education, legal, and many more.

When asked about his role models, Shakil mentions the name of Yogesh Jain, who had supported and encouraged him when he was struggling in his life.

Shakil’s life mantra is to not just think about your dreams but work to implement them too.

To all the budding entrepreneurs, Shakil advises them that if they have enough investment capacity, they can buy a franchise of any company and earn from it. If not, they should take proper training and learn about the basics and start slowly but steadily.
