Seema is the Founder and Director of Aarna Creations in Jodhpur, having specialization in stitching, handwork and customized designing in women’s clothing.

Seema Mittal runs her clothing boutique under the name ‘Aarna Creations’ in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. She has her own manufacturing unit where she gets the hand work, stitching and other designing work done by four of her artisans.

Seema was born in UP but forty years ago, her family moved and settled in Barmer, Rajasthan. Then she got married in Jodhpur so she is living there now.

Sharing  about her Boutique’s journey Seema says that her sister-in-law’s exhibition was about to happen in Jodhpur which she could not attend at the last moment due to which Seema took over it and did a great job. And just from there, she got an inspiration to do this work and started her own boutique. She adds by saying that the clients that she made in that exhibition are still her customers.

Seema considers her sister-in-law, husband, kids and her in-laws as her role models for supporting her to reach where she is today.

During the Covid pandemic, Seema says, her personal life was good as she was able to spend a lot of time with her family. She tried her hand in cooking too by making new dishes. However, on the professional front, she suffered a loss in her boutique as it was closed for a long time. But gradually, she shifted her work on online platforms to sell it. And after getting a good response, her business again started going up.

Apart from work, Seema likes to travel to new places, try new dishes and spend time with her family.

If Seema gets a chance to go back in time, she would like to relive her childhood.

Seema advises everyone to be calm and patient to move forward in life. She says, always take one step at a time to move towards success. If you try to climb all the stairs at once, you will not be able to go a long way ahead.

Seema tells today’s generation that if you face any problem in life, then tell your parents before your friends and do not lose hope.
