As secretary of a cooperative society, Saroj is empowering young girls by teaching them life skills.

Saroj Bapna is the secretary of the Namrata P.W.M. Cooperative Society.

Saroj holds an M.Com. degree.

Saroj has been associated with this organization for the last ten years. She says that in this institution, girls are taught to make eco-friendly products so that they can be strong on their feet. Many unique games have also been prepared by her NGO.

Saroj’s organization once ran a mission called "Ek Rakhi Ek Jawan Ke Naam" for army personnel and sent one lakh rakhis to the borders of the country.

Many unique products of theirs, in which embroidery is found on jute and wood products, have given them their own special identity.
