Sarita Nagda is the Owner of ‘The Chocolate Room’ cafe in Udaipur.
Sarita belongs to Udaipur. She did her schooling from Guru Nanak Public School. She has done her MCA from Guru Nanak Girls College. After that, she got married and shifted to Mumbai. Impressed by the cafe culture there, she came back to Udaipur and took the franchise of ‘The Chocolate Room.’
Recollecting her childhood, Sarita says that since childhood, she was adept at food reviews. She had a positive approach towards things.
Talking about her role models, Sarita says she is highly inspired by mother nature and remains connected to it, which gives her the energy to move forward no matter what.
Describing her struggles, Sarita says that in her professional journey, she saw many setbacks, and faced many challenges, but she never gave up. She always improved herself, moved forward, and has reached this point today.
Between education and experience, Sarita believes that education is important but so is experienced, because education helps in opening up all the dimensions of your mind but experience teaches you to deal with life experiences, and handle and absorb them.
Regarding leadership, Sarita believes that she is probably a born leader but she never got the platform to showcase her leadership skills.
In her spare time, Sarita enjoys dancing, listening to songs and playing the harmonium. She is also fond of doing fabric painting.
If anyone wants to become an entrepreneur, Sarita suggests that you should have a solid reason to start your own work to last longer in your field. She says that you must choose the field of your choice instead of starting any work after seeing the success of others in some field. She further advises everyone to handle them with grit instead of running from unfavorable situations and learn from them to move ahead.
