A hard-working camel handler, Sanwar has been providing various services to his camel safari customers. He lost his father at an early age and faced many challenges to earn his livelihood.

Sanwar Singh Rawat is a camel handler at Sawariya Camel Safari in Pushkar.

Sanwar was born in the village of Hathi Khera, Ajmer. He belongs to a lower-middle-class family. He completed his education at a government school and struggled a lot in his life. Due to his father's early death, his mother made numerous sacrifices too.

Sanwar’s role model is his elder brother Lal Singh, who is a sarpanch and Sanwar wants to become like him. He also admires his mother, as he follows her words.

Sharing his COVID experiences, Sanwar says that it was a very difficult time for everyone, including the camel handlers. At the time of the pandemic, everything was shut down, and they faced problems related to food, money, etc.

Advising aspirants to his field, Sanwar says that if one wants to start any business, proper knowledge is important. The business of camel safari requires low investments, and the results are good. If you do not succeed in one business, then don’t be negative and move forward.

Talking about Pushkar, Sanwar says that there are various places to visit in the city, like the Brahma temple, the Gurudwara, resorts, deserts, etc. It is a famous tourist destination where visitors get satisfaction and relaxation.

If given a time machine to go back in time, Sanwar does not want to change anything and wants to enjoy his success in the present.
