Coming from a small town, Sanskaar worked as a photographer and then started his brand development agency. Sanskaar believes  discipline and routine is required in life to achieve goals.

Sanskaar Singh is the founder and CEO of Vistaar WebX in Bhopal.

Sanskaar is from Chopan, a small town near Sonbhadra in Uttar Pradesh, but has been living in Bhopal for the past eight years. He did Mechanical Engineering and now runs a brand development agency. Initially, he was working as a free-lance  photographer and used to work with various international organisations on different projects. He has also worked as a social media strategist. In 2020, he started Vistaar and used to provide free consulting services to NGOs. He went through a rough patch in 2021, but he kept working.

Talking about his achievements, Sanskaar says that he learned a lot about business and how to deal with people according to their needs. He always tries to fulfil the requirements of the clients. His work speaks for itself, and he gained clients through referrals and the high quality of his work. He hasn't done any marketing or promotions for his company.

When asked about his mistakes, Sanskaar says that he has made many mistakes in life, the biggest of which is overcommitting. When he started his company, he realised his mistakes and learned that overcommitting is harmful. He also learned to keep a cap on everything and to deliver services as per the expectations of the clients.

Sanskaar shares that he loves photography, and professionally he has worked with UNICEF, UNFP, and WHO, as well as done six to seven exhibitions with them.

In order to attain mental peace, Sanskaar calls his friends and goes to their homes to chill. He also has a pet dog and shares his problems with her because she is his only partner.

The life mantra for him is to be disciplined in life to attain success. He thinks skills are important, but the ability to follow a routine is more important.
