Sanketh Nagesh Murthy has been working as a High Performance and Emotional Power Coach for the past year-and-a-half. He is also a Project Manager in an IT company and has seven years of working experience in this field.
Sanketh hails from a rural area of Bangalore but for the last one-and-a-half years, he has been living in the Netherlands. He did his schooling from his native place. He did his Engineering from GCELT. He started his professional journey with an IT company called Asteroid. In his career, he progressed a lot. But due to his leadership skills, he gradually stepped into the business of personal development and life coaching, alongside his regular IT job.
Recalling his childhood, Sanketh says that for having the qualities of a leader in him since childhood, he was always made the monitor of his class and the leader of the sports team. He had management skills from the very beginning.
When asked about his role models, Sanketh says that he considers Rahul Dravid as his role model for being a calm and collected personality. He also gets inspiration from Mahendra Singh Dhoni for setting a new trend for the new generation. Upendra, an Indian film actor, is also his role model. On the professional front, he draws inspiration from Sadguru, Tony Robbins and Brendon Burchard.
Talking about his struggles, Sanketh says that after completing his engineering, he struggled for six months to get a job. Further he says that when he started his personal coaching business, it took him another challenging six months to build a client base. He says that in the initial days of his business, he even offered free coaching to several people in order to establish his business and eventually, he succeeded in what he was looking for.
In his spare time, Sanketh enjoys playing sports, spending time with nature and going out on beaches. He also likes listening to music, watching movies and visiting unexplored places.
Advising the youth, Sanketh asks them to see where they are today and focus on where they want to be, over a period of time. Further, he tells them to decide the field in which they want to acquire their expertise in and work hard towards it.
