Having a knack for creativity, Sanjay established a visionary startup that builds businesses from scratch and takes them to great heights.

Sanjay Yadav is the Founder of ‘100 CofoundersLab’ based in Jaipur. It is a venture creation and a startup studio, which creates businesses from level zero.

Sanjay belongs to Jaipur. He studied at Shri Mahaveer School. He did his Civil Engineering and Masters Diploma in Project Management and Finance from MNIT, Jaipur. Thereafter, he worked with corporates for five years. Because of his excellent work, he got promoted every year. In the meantime, he met five of his college friends, united with them and they started their first venture, after quitting their jobs.

In his journey ahead, Sanjay built various companies from scratch. On the strength of their diversified skill sets, they forged ahead. Having made his mark in the real estate sector, he set his foot into the technology space in 2015. Just before that, he co-founded Rajasthan’s first Angel Investor Group called ‘RAIN.’ Under this, he has invested in about fifteen startups so far. Still, not satisfied with his work, he came up with a new protocol called ‘Venture Building 2.0.’

Under this protocol, Sanjay invited young entrepreneurs to experiment with them which resulted in the formation of three new companies. After achieving success in that, he took a revolutionary step by involving college students in his working process. This gave him a huge cost-cutting advantage and the new tech-savvy generation came in very handy for him. By doing this, his working capacity increased by ten times and he kept on progressing.

Talking about his role models, Sanjay says he considers JRD Tata as his inspiration for developing several champions.

Speaking about his COVID experience, Sanjay says that his startups were badly hit by the COVID pandemic. He says that all his hard work was ruined. But in time, technology advancement saved him. Slowly his work started coming back on track as he started working from home.

In his spare time, Sanjay likes to play Golf and watch movies and web series on Netflix. He also has a writing hobby.
