Sanjay has worked tirelessly for years to raise a fruitful business and has been employing his dedication and time to take it to the next nevel.

Sanjay Umraniya is the owner of Umraniya Engineering Works.

Sanjay was born in Mundra village in the Kutch region of Gujarat. He carries  cherishable memories of the childhood he spent in his village. He says that he came to Udaipur to get checked up for an illness of his, but began working there itself in his uncle’s workshop. He has studied till ninth class.

Sanjay’s uncle’s workshop wound up after three years of him working there so he began working at another place and worked there for about twenty years. Having worked in the industry for about three decades, Sanjay decided to set up his own Plastic Moulding and Machinery Maintenance workshop in Udaipur, which he subsequently started in partnership with his elder brother.

Sanjay considers his uncle as his role model, who, he says, has taught him everything related to his business. He further says that his uncle was both a mentor and a caretaker for him.

Expressing his thoughts on leadership, Sanjay says that a leader isn't born, he is created by experience and skill.

To the younger generation, Sanjay says that you should invest your time in studying and gaining knowledge. Personally speaking, he says that he greatly regrets not being able to study much and thus urges the younger generation not to waste time and utilise it productively.

During the little free time he gets for himself, Sanjay likes to go on outings and visit temples. He says that he likes the soothing aura of temples.

Advising the aspiring entrepreneurs, Sanjay says that you should go at it without any hesitation and work hard to make it work. He further says that you should not only invest your capital but also your heart and soul into it.
