Sanjay Kumar Mehta comes from a village in the Baran district of Rajasthan. He lives with his mother, his wife and his brother. After the demise of his father, he bore the responsibility of his family. Currently he is an E-Mitra operator with the aim of facilitating easy access to banking and digital services to the people of the village.
Alongside managing an E-Mitra shop, Sanjay also owns a company of his own which promotes digital learning and digital earning among the people in the rural areas. Basically his company, ‘Insocial India’, caters to graphics designing, and promotion and publicity to the local businesses of the area. The tech giant Google has also certified his course in graphics designing in 2020. He also started his “Grahak Seva Kendra” in 2017 in the town of Samraniya and since then he is providing his digital services to the people.
Sanjay is committed to bringing about digital awareness among the rural population by his learning programs such as digital marketing and educational campaigns. He mentions that he and his team are soon going to start an NGO for this very cause and they need efficient and qualified youth who can contribute to this idea.
In his free time, Sanjay likes to listen to songs with “Lag Ja Gale” by veteran singer Lata Mangeshkar being his favorite. He also utilises his free time in further increasing his knowledge in the digital sphere.
Sanjay says that if he ever gets the chance of visiting his past, he would go to times when he had made some mistakes and would rectify them.
Sanjay’s success mantra is self-confidence and a never-give-up attitude. He says that situations never remain the same in life and one has to be calm and patient to face any kind of situation. Sanjay’s inspiration is RJ Kartik as his influential storytelling motivates him to keep going ahead in life. Sanjay believes that if you are continuously failing to achieve something then it is proof that you are at least trying. He says that his most valuable asset is his experience in his field of work which he has gained after putting in a lot of hard work.
