A social worker, Sanjay has been working in an NGO for the last eight years. He believes that hard work and dedication are required to achieve success.

Sanjay Kumar is a HR professional at Pratham Education Foundation in Pilani, Jhunjhunu.

Sanjay joined the NGO in 2015 as an English faculty and then gradually attained growth in the organization. Currently, he is working as a mentor-leader, and around fifteen members are working under him. He aims to improve the lives of destitute children and improve their talents by providing them with appropriate training. He is also working as an HRM in three districts, namely Pilani, Jodhpur, and Jaipur.

Sanjay shares that he completed his education at a government school and a higher secondary school in Physics, Chemistry and Math. He did a BTech in Mechanical Engineering and an MTech too. Initially, he worked for a private company for two years and then joined the NGO.

Sharing his achievements, Sanjay says that being able to give employment to other people is an accomplishment for him, as it gives him inner satisfaction and happiness.

Sanjay’s role model is his father, who has always supported him and helped him solve his problems.

If given a time machine, Sanjay would like to go back to his childhood.

Sanjay’s success mantra is to never quit and keep trying to achieve the desired goals in life.
