Driven by a passion for learning and development, Sangeeta transitioned from running a coaching institute to joining Arcgate as a senior training associate. She believes in the transformative power of education and values patience and effective communication as essential skills for trainers.

Sangeeta Parihar is a Learning and Development Executive at Arcgate. She hails from Jodhpur.

Sangeeta did her MBA at the Jai Narayan Vyas University in Jodhpur. She started and successfully ran a coaching institute in Jodhpur for ten years. She enjoyed training and coaching immensely and was happy with her institute. But she also wanted to have some corporate experience. So, she shut down her institute and joined Arcgate in Udaipur as a Senior Training Associate in the Learning & Development Department, where she has been imparting training to freshmen for the last three years.

Sangeeta finds inspiration in her elder sister, who has always guided and supported her in all her ventures. Her sister told her that challenges are bound to occur in life, but with your determination, you can overcome them. She told Sangeeta to always have a craving for learning. Being an educator, Sangeeta’s favorite quote is that of Malala Yousafzai: "One child, one teacher, one book, and one pen can change the world."

Sangeeta names politeness and patience as two qualities every trainer should have. She says that, as the trainees are of varying levels, you must have patience to do justice to all of them. Communication skills are, of course, very important in this job, she informs.

Drawing a comparison between the two, Sangeeta thinks that you cannot gain experience without good education, and you will not get good practical education without experience, so both are important in life. She believes that a true guru is someone who helps their students become even better than themselves.

Sangeeta says that she was not born a natural leader. Rather, education and experience helped inculcate leadership qualities in her.

Sangeeta feels that if she were taken back in time, she would like to become a teacher.

Sangeeta remembers that she was a naughty and fun-loving girl as a child. She was always wandering around, teasing other kids, and playing with them. She thinks that the best thing about childhood is that we do not discriminate against the child with whom we are playing. She thinks we will always have that child inside us.

Sangeeta tries a lot of DIY things in her spare time. She also does doodling, drawing, and painting. Whenever possible, she spends time with her friends. Recently, she has started learning to play the violin. She also reads a lot of books when she's free.
