An educationalist, Sandeep has been working in the field of education for the past twenty years. He encourages young minds to follow their dreams and develop in their respective fields.

Sandeep Pathak is an educationalist, motivational speaker, and trainer from Vadodara.

Sharing about his journey, Sandeep says he started valuing money and business at a very young age. He always wanted to be independent and help his family. So, he did many small jobs, from selling kites to selling water pouches. When he was studying in the twelfth grade, he started teaching his fellow students. His students scored more than him, and then he realized his teaching potential and found his way into teaching. He remembers giving home tuition to three students. This is how his journey as an educator started, and now it has been more than twenty years in this field for him.

During the COVID period, Sandeep had the opportunity to explore the field of online education. He used to motivate his students through his lectures in the classroom. With a few online platforms, he started his journey as a motivational speaker and conducted online training sessions. Now, he provides training sessions to corporate groups, students, and parents.

Remembering his childhood, Sandeep says that he belonged to a middle class family, and because of certain circumstances, he and his family had to go through a difficult time. He lost his sister when he was very young, so he was the only child in his family.  In his school days, he was an average performer but always wanted to complete his studies. He always focused on developing his knowledge and skills. This is why his school friends look at his success as an educator with surprise.

Speaking about his mistakes, Sandeep says he thinks not completing his master's degree was his mistake. If he had done his master's degree, he would have been in a better position in his professional life. Once, he got the opportunity to work with an international company just after his graduation, but he missed the opportunity.  So, he says, one must think a thousand times before  making any decision, but once you decide to act on it, you must put all your heart into achieving your goals.

Sandeep encourages everyone who is facing a difficult time to not think that they  only have to go through the trying time; instead, believe in this: the one who was born with a silver spoon won't have God's company, but the one who is working hard gets God's company and blessings.

When asked about his role models, Sandeep says he considers his tuition teacher as his role model. He says his chemistry teacher failed the twelfth standard eight times, but despite this fact, he was a master in the field of chemistry. He also seeks inspiration from Vivek Bindra and Sandeep Maheshwari. He also looks up to his senior friend Rajendra, who is also a trainer.

Sandeep's life mantra is to take care of your image, because this is the thing that can not be bought with money and will stay even after your demise.

Sandeep's suggestion for the new aspirants is that they must read books and always keep good company to develop themselves. Always be mentally and physically fit to achieve success in life.
