Sandeep has been into real estate for the past twenty years. He has done many residential projects so far. With his work, he has been able to win the trust of people.

Sandeep Mehta was born in Jodhpur. His father was a bank manager at Rajasthan Bank. Owing to his father’s transferable job he would have to move to a different city every couple of years. He lived in many cities in Rajasthan such as Bharatpur, Sri Ganganagar, Pali, Jaipur etc.

Sandeep did his bachelors and masters in Jaipur. Sandeep says his exposure to different cities from a young age instilled in him a curiosity to meet new people and make friends. During his stay in Jaipur he realised that he was good at interacting with people and making connections with them. Today, this ability helps him in his profession as well when he has to interact either with a laborer on the ground or an engineer or architect or government officials at the upper level.

Sandeep did MA in Economics. After completing his MA, he prepared for government jobs. He would work really hard. Though he could not get a government job, it made him a reader. He likes reading books and manages to read for a couple of hours everyday.

Sandeep initially worked in the home loan department of HDFC and ICICI banks. He says that working in the home loan department gave him an understanding of finance, marketing and law which later helped him when he started his own business.

Sandeep doesn’t consider any person as his role model. Instead he considers institutions - HDFC and ICICI banks as his institutional role models. He says that working at these banks gained him knowledge and taught him aggression toward work.

Sandeep advises the youth to first listen, meditate and then execute. He says that you should listen to what others say but after that you should mull over it and then only execute. Furthermore, he adds that if you love what you do, then you will never feel the pressure of your work.

Sandeep has a penchant for reading books from across the genres. He reads so many books from varied fields such as polity, astrology, ancient sciences etc.

Sandeep highlights the need to deal with the Covid 19 pandemic with a scientific approach. He advises that even if you’re vaccinated, you should put on a mask while going out and follow what doctors and authorities have to say.

Sandeep is happy and content with the way he is living his life. Even if he could go back in time, he would not want to change anything. He believes in living in the present and not caring about the past and future.

Sandeep’s leadership style is putting himself in others’ shoes and trying to understand what they feel. This helps him in understanding others better and dealing with them accordingly.

Beside his profession Sandeep has varied interests. He is a bibliophile. He likes to read about Astrology, engage in social service and keep learning new things.

Sandeep’s favorite quote is, “It doesn’t matter!” It helps him deal with tough situations in his life. Besides, he says that you should only work and not worry about the result, as the result of your work is not in your hands
