Throughout his college career, Sandeep became the university topper and then earned a diploma in architecture.

Sandeep’s father owned a shop that sold construction materials. His father’s business motivated him to enter the construction industry. Initially, Sandeep opened a small household store but wanted to enter the construction line like his father.

After completing his diploma, Sandeep joined a local firm, where he found his passion and was determined to follow the same line. Sandeep has been in the architecture field for the past seven years. He started his company three years ago, along with his brother. Sandeep is a hardworking person and is always striving to bring innovation to his designs. He is highly focused and dedicated to his job and adheres to the requests of his clients.

The outbreak of the worldwide pandemic did not affect his business very much and allowed him to connect better with his family.

Sandeep advises the younger generation to always be ready to learn and to be a good listener. He also stresses that one should always follow a pattern while working.

Sandeep feels that practical knowledge is very important in his field. He considers Elon Musk as his role model and his boss, who taught him how to be confident.

Sandeep always wished to become a pilot; if he ever gets a chance to go back, he will definitely try to become one. He believes that nobody is a born leader; a person learns from his experience and then imbibes the qualities.
