Sajid Rana hails from the Napa village in the Anand district of Gujarat. He holds an MBA in Finance from Anand Institute of Management, affiliated with Gujarat Technological University.
After completing his MBA, he began his career as a medical representative at IPCA Laboratories. Following the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, he transitioned to the role of Assistant Professor at AMCOST College in Anand.
Subsequently, he joined AIMS College of Management and Technology as an Assistant Professor, where he imparts knowledge in management subjects such as time management, event management, and conflict management.
Sajid acknowledges the significance of time in the modern era due to technological advancements and the need for competitive edge. He says that at AIMS College, they prioritize effective teaching methods and provide practical knowledge across all subjects.
Reflecting on his childhood, Sajid shares that his family comes from a farming background, and as a result, they faced financial struggles. However, he persevered through these challenges and has achieved his current position in life through his hard work.
When asked about his role models, Sajid cites his father as his inspiration, admiring the sacrifices he has made for his children.

Sajid's message to the youth is that if they aspire to pursue their studies abroad, they should consider a degree in hotel management. This field offers excellent job prospects both in India and abroad.
In terms of advice for the youth, Sajid encourages them to embrace the practice of "E fasting" and reduce their usage of social media.
