A guitarist and musician, Sajal came into the field at the persuasion of his father. He has performed in many stage shows and is now a co-founder of a band.

Sajal Sharma is a Guitarist and Co-Founder of Amritva-The Band. Sajal has been learning the tricks of this field for nine years and has hundreds of gigs and freelance performances to his credit.

Sajal says that he did his graduation in Journalism and Mass Communication from IP University and then, on the persuasion of his father, came into the field of music. Although initially he did not have an interest in the music field, after meeting his mentors, he developed an interest in the field.

Sajal informs us that his first stage performance was on his college stage, and after that, he performed as a guitarist for a musical label titled ‘Sing Dil Se'. His first commercial gig happened in 2021 as a vocalist, and then he started his own band.

Talking about his achievements, Sajal says that he has participated in ‘Eat-Sleep-Repeat’ at JLN and has also done an opening performance for a Punjabi singer named Maninder.

When asked about his role models, Sajal says that his guruji and dada guruji are his role models.

Sharing about his mistakes, Sajal says that practicing less has been a mistake in his life, and hence he advises every budding artist to focus on extensive practicing from a young age itself.

Talking about his life mantra, Sajal says that we should go with the flow and try to achieve everything that comes our way.

In his free time, Sajal likes watching movies, listening to songs, and exploring the field of music.

While advising the youth, Sajal says that his guruji still learns even after having spent twenty-six years in the field. Hence, he feels that the learning process should never stop and that we should stay away from vices like arrogance and ego. He also suggests aspirants decide on a particular musical instrument before getting into the field of music.
