Working at NRI Dhaba since 2007, Sailesh regrets not taking a job opportunity that could have changed his life. He emphasizes the importance of courtesy and politeness in his work and values systematic efforts. He aims for more success to support his family in the future.

Sailesh Kumar is a restaurant staff in NRI Dhaba near Delhi. He has been working there since 2007.

Sailesh is originally from Gaya District in Bihar. He completed his undergraduate degree. His brother invited him to move to Patna for a job opportunity, but he now regrets that he didn't take that chance to change his life.

Speaking about Covid, Sailesh mentions that it had a severe impact on everyone. Both the wealthy and the less fortunate were equally affected. During that time, everyone had to stay indoors, and travel was restricted for everyone.

Talking about his profession, Sailesh explains that while working, they encounter various types of customers. Some communicate politely, while others may not. Nevertheless, it's important to maintain courtesy and politeness in dealing with all customers.

Sailesh advises that whatever work you engage in, do it systematically. Treating customers well leads to them returning more often.

Sailesh mentions that during his free time, he reads the newspaper, watches the news, and occasionally uses his mobile phone for entertainment. However, his work always remains his top priority.

Sailesh considers experience to be important. However, both education and experience are required in life. If you have experience, but you don’t have education, you won’t get to know how to talk to people.

Sailesh shares his desire to earn more and achieve greater success in order to provide better support for his family. Success, he believes, makes it easier to navigate challenging times.

Sailesh says that to this point, he hasn't encountered significant difficulties in life. However, with the responsibility of caring for two children, he anticipates that managing their education and expenses in the future could present some challenges.

His favorite song is a Bhojpuri one: “Chalan na chala”, says Sailesh.

Reflecting on his childhood memories, Sailesh fondly remembers the games he used to play with other kids. He also recalls how his parents used to encourage him to study, but he and his friends were carefree at the time. However, looking back on those memories, he now regrets not heeding his parents' advice.

Sailesh emphasizes the importance of education, stating that without it, a person is incomplete. In his view, someone without education is essentially nothing.
