Sahar Khan Hashmi is a businesswoman. She is also an avid animal lover. She has been working for voiceless creatures for the last seven years. But when the NGO-Udaipur Animal Feed came to the fore, she joined hands with them three years back and is working in association with them for the protection and sustenance of stray animals.
Sahar hails from Jodhpur, but for the past seven years, she has been living in Udaipur. She did all her school and college education from Jodhpur itself. After doing her MBA in Marketing, she took the job of a professor at a college. Wanting to study further, she did her M.A. in English and also did a professional course in Mass Media Communication. Currently, she is studying law to fight against cruelty to animals.
Talking about her role models, Sahar says she considers her father as her role model because whatever and wherever she is today. It is all because of her father.
Sharing her COVID experience, Sahar says that the pandemic time turned out to be very bad for her like everyone else. She says that during the first wave of COVID, her husband was severely attacked by this disease which was very difficult to cure. But even at that time, she did not stop feeding the stray animals and got their blessings.
Regarding her hobbies, Sahar says that she is fond of grooming herself and always likes to keep herself presentable in front of others.
Sahar advises the coming generation to get their expertise in whatever they do. She adds that you must complete what you started and always take out one-third part of your income for the needy and stray animals. Because along with your hard work, their blessings will take you further, she says.
