After changing several job profiles, Sagar finally found something that he felt was made for him. He is currently working as an Assistant Manager (HR) for a private company.

Sagar Tiwari is an Assistant Manager (HR & Operations) at Prakhar Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Recalling his early days, Sagar says that he did his 10th from the UP board, after which his family shifted to New Delhi. Thereafter, he enrolled himself in a computer course and got placed with a company called Million Minds. Sagar tried many other jobs afterwards but felt dissatisfied with his salary package. Thereafter, he switched to a different profile and has been doing well since then.

Speaking about his achievements, Sagar says that clearing 2500 PF forms at Million Minds and getting them their share of money has been an accomplishment for him.

Sharing his pandemic experience, Sagar says that he was asked to work from home and continued to work that way. However, he laments the fact that many people had to struggle and got caught up in the distance between two cities. Sagar feels that COVID taught us the importance of savings.

When asked about his role models, Sagar says that he feels inspired by the story of Abraham Lincoln, who came from a poor family and later created  his own destiny.

Drawing a comparison between education and experience, Sagar says that while education helps you understand things better, experience helps you build upon your knowledge and get ahead in life.

If Sagar could travel back in time through a time machine, he would fulfil his long-held dream of becoming a police officer.

Sagar advises the youth to keep working hard and not be afraid of falling down. He adds that if one keeps going, they are bound to succeed.

When free, Sagar likes to play cricket and badminton.
