As a dietitian, Rupshree is helping people to keep themselves healthy by taking a proper diet, following the right sleeping pattern and managing their stress.

Rupshree is a Dietitian from Nagpur. She runs her diet clinic which is named as “Rupshree Mayanil Diet Clinic”. She has been working in this field for the past thirteen years.

Since childhood, she wanted to do something in the medical field, so she did a dietician course. She has done M.Sc. in Dietetics and worked with some medical companies for eight years. After that, she opened her own clinic.

She says mistakes happen, but it is more important to move on from them.

Rupshree suggests everyone to keep themselves healthy by managing stress, having a proper diet, exercising daily and keeping the right sleeping pattern. She also suggests people to maintain proper weight and says they must follow a certified dietitian and not go for the diet plans given on the internet.

Speaking about her achievements, Rupshree says she feels accomplished when her patients thank her for the recovery of their health problems.

When asked about her role models, Rupshree says she considers her parents and former President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam as role models.
