Roshni became an entrepreneur to become a role model to her children by being financially independent, and gradually came to like her profession and grew in it as well.

Roshni Niranjan Sharma is a Senior Gold Director at Oriflame.

Roshni comes from Pune. She was born and raised in Indore. She was born in a business-class joint family.

Talking about her work, Roshni says that along with being a housewife, she is also associated with Oriflame. She got associated with Oriflame four and a half years back. She says that this platform gives an opportunity to help women like herself to grow in their lives. Roshni says that a big motivation for her to start working was to become a role model to her kids, specifically to her daughter. So she joined this field which facilitates work-from-home and requires less working hours. Gradually she began loving the work due to the personal growth opportunities it offered.

Speaking of challenges and learning in her journey, Roshni says that she made her first team completely dependent on her by spoon feeding everything. Later, she learned her mistake and managed the next team better by giving them some autonomy. She also learned from her personal life as a mother, as she made her first child dependent on her by spoonfeeding and the second child independent.

When asked about her achievements in life, Roshni says that she had never hoped to earn this much but when she received lucrative income, she felt more than satisfied. She says that the recognition and appreciation that she got at Oriflame was the best achievement of her life. Adding to it, she was also commended by her relatives.

Coming to her role models, Roshni says that her father is her role model who supported her in starting her work when no one else was supporting. She has several professional mentors as well and also learns from her team members.

In her free time, Roshni likes drawing, and listening to Madhuri Dixit songs. She has recently developed a new hobby of helping people by guiding them to financial independence.
