Ronak Kothari is a software engineer who also invests his time in social service. Ronak says that with time one learns to be a leader, and then should work for others to evolve and grow.

Ronak Kothari is working as a software engineer at Tigerhall, a Singapore-based company. He has also worked in companies like Phone Pe and Sprinklr.

Ronak was born and brought up in Udaipur. He did his schooling till the 10th standard in B.N. Public School and after that from St. Paul’s Senior Secondary School.

After schooling, Ronak dropped a year to prepare for IIT-JEE and AIEEE examinations from Kota. He did his engineering in the ICT branch from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology, Gujarat.

Talking about his struggles, Ronak says that in Kota he suffered from a skin disease because he neglected his mental and physical health completely and it lingered on till his college days. Also, managing different types of people in a job is also a tricky part of working life according to him.

Sharing his achievements, Ronak says that stepping out of his comfort zone to go to Kota and then getting into a good college is what he is proud of. Also, in just five years he progressed from being a software engineer to a senior software engineer which is also a big thing for him. He is also associated with social organizations like Lions Club and Terapanth Samaj and provides services for the needy.

Ronak says that his success mantra in life is the quote that says that “When the going gets tough, the tough get going.”

Talking about his role models, Ronak says that his father is his all-time inspiration and he has learned a lot from him. He is also motivated by the cool and calm nature of Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

To the newcomers  to the engineering field, Ronak advises them to be curious and keep asking questions.

In his free time, Ronak likes to play outdoor and computer games and go on trips.
