Rohit Kumar Mishra currently serves as the Deputy General Manager (DGM) of Sales at Dogma Soft Limited, Jaipur.

He joined the company in 2018, and at that time, he had very basic skills and limited exposure. Coming from a small town, he initially enrolled at ICIC Academy of Skills solely to develop his foundational skills. Shortly after, he appeared for his first interview at Dogma Soft—and impressively, he was selected on his very first attempt.

Since joining, Rohit Kumar Mishra has grown tremendously, both professionally and personally. He has acquired valuable insights into leadership, learning not only how to lead but also how to inspire and guide teams effectively. What began as unfamiliarity with online communication soon transformed into expertise; today, he confidently conducts online webinars and trains others, a skill he earned entirely through his stint at Dogma.

Before joining Dogma Soft, Rohit Mishra only had basic computer knowledge. Over the years, he has developed proficiency across a wide range of areas, including Excel, software, and hardware management, even handling repairs and software updates independently. He learned how to manage and execute multiple plans simultaneously while ensuring efficiency, a capability he attributes entirely to his experience at Dogma.

Reflecting on his early years, Rohit Kumar Mishra shares that he hails from a small village near Jaipur, where he completed his initial education at a government school. Later, he pursued his 10th and 12th grades in the commerce stream at a private school. After graduation, he briefly worked at a family-owned company.

His journey took a turning point when he learned about the ICICI Academy for Skills in Jaipur, where he decided to develop his skills with the goal of securing a good job. Soon after, he joined Dogma Soft Limited, and today, he works at the DGM level in a positive and thriving professional environment.

Beyond professional growth, Mishra also learned the importance of social contribution at Dogma. He was inspired by Pawan Godara, one of Dogma’s founders, who used to organize events in his village to encourage and reward school students with awards and gifts. Motivated by this, Rohit, along with his father, has been honoring top-performing students in his own village for the past three years, celebrating their achievements and giving them gifts.

Talking about his role models, Rohit Kumar Mishra shares that he is inspired by many people at Dogma Soft Limited. He particularly looks up to Pawan Godara Sir, who has taught him a great deal, as well as Jitendar Kumar Yadav, the Admin Head, and Veer Chaudhary, the Sales Head, for their guidance and leadership.

Outside of Dogma, Rohit Mishra considers former cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni as a major inspiration. He admires how Dhoni developed his leadership skills, collaborated effectively with his team, and maintained an open-door approach for newcomers, a quality Rohit values deeply. For leadership, he regards Dhoni as his role model, while within Dogma, he draws inspiration from Pawan Sir and Jitendar Yadav Ji for their mentorship and professional example.

What motivates Rohit Kumar Mishra the most is the guidance and mentorship he has received from Pawan Godara Sir. Following the principles he learned from him, Rohit and his team achieved a remarkable milestone of 1 lakh franchises, registering 4,300 franchises in a single day, an achievement that reflected the dedication and hard work of the entire Dogma family.

Throughout this career, they faced numerous challenges, but Pawan Sir always emphasized a powerful lesson: “When you work, work completely focused solely on the task at hand and do not get distracted by anything else. When your focus is complete, your work will be completed successfully.” He also taught that consistency is the key to mastery; if you keep working steadily on a task with full dedication, you will eventually become highly proficient. However, this requires being proactive, putting in genuine effort, and committing wholeheartedly to your work a principle that Rohit continues to follow in both his professional and personal life.

Rohit Kumar Mishra emphasizes that joining Dogma Soft Limited is not just about career growth it’s about discovering and nurturing your hidden skills. He shares that his own ability to conduct online training sessions was something Pawan Sir helped him uncover and develop.
