Realizing his potential and the satisfaction he derived from music, Rituraj switched his career from engineering to music. He is doing well in the music field and desires to promote Rajasthani music in its original form all over the world.

Rituraj Arya is the founder of Alankar Musical Group in Jaipur. He focuses on promoting Rajasthani folk music. He has been in the field of culture and music for 15 years.

Rituraj belongs to Ladnun in the Nagaur district of Rajasthan. He did his schooling at a government school. He was a science student and did his engineering in the IT field. But he was always looking  for work that would give him pleasure and happiness. As he had always been attached to culture and music, he thought about entering this field.

Talking about the journey in his life, Rituraj says that he has performed Rajasthani music in 15 countries till now. He also performs music in the different rituals of weddings. Rituraj works hard in bringing out traditional folk songs and folk music. He desires to give work to the artists and promote old and folk songs in the same way.

Regarding mistakes in his life, Rituraj says that he has not committed any major mistakes. He learns from others' mistakes and tries to avoid making mistakes of his own.

When asked about role models in his life, Rituraj says that Lord Rama and Lord Krishna are his role models.

To the youngsters, Rituraj advises them that they should take knowledge from everyone. He also advises them to promote music in its purest form.

When free, Rituraj likes to travel to remote areas. He likes to do unique work and implement creative ideas. He also does yoga and listens to music of different levels.
