Ritu Sharma has been working as a Social Studies teacher at Alok Sansthan for six years.
Ritu was born in Agra. She lost her mother at an early age so her father shifted her and her siblings to her maternal grandparent's house in Bharatpur. After her third grade, Ritu completed the remainder of her schooling in Bharatpur.
Sharing her childhood memories, Ritu says that she was good at sports. She remembers that once she was punished by her PTI teacher severely. She did not complete her punishment and tried to escape from her punishment. But her teacher caught her and he gave her double punishment. From this incident, she learned that if we commit any mistake then we should fulfill the punishment, says Ritu.
Talking about her journey in life, Ritu says that she got married in Chittorgarh. Her father-in-law motivated her to join any school as a teacher because of her good academics.
Continuing to share about her journey, Ritu says that she started her job in Chittorgarh and then, after some time, she joined Alok Sansthan where she has been working for six years.
When asked about role models in her life, Ritu says that she has been inspired by the work of Sushma Swaraj.
In her free time, Ritu likes to do cooking, gardening and sitting in silence. She also shares that yoga is her favorite hobby.
If a Time Machine is given to her, Ritu would like to go back in time and once again stay with her father.
To one and all, Ritu advises them that they should live for others. They should work in such a way that people will remember their work, says Ritu.
