Born and raised in Udaipur, Ritu Bhatnagar began her professional journey with a job after completing a B.Sc. in Biology. She later pursued an MBA in Finance and Marketing, showcasing her diverse academic background. Marriage brought a shift in her priorities as she focused on her family, but soon felt the urge to create something of her own.
In 2013, Bhatnagar founded her boutique, diving into the entrepreneurial world despite being new to the industry. Her commitment to quality earned her glowing feedback, laying the strong foundation for her business.
Ritu's journey was not without challenges. Shortly after starting her boutique, her mother was diagnosed with cancer. Balancing her business, family responsibilities, and her mother's treatment was a daunting task. However, with unwavering support from her husband, she persevered through these trying times.
The COVID-19 pandemic brought significant changes to Ritu’s life and business. She learned the value of family above all else, reinforcing the importance of prioritizing loved ones. Professionally, the shift toward digital transactions and online operations helped her business grow, resulting in increased sales and a broader customer base.
Her role models, she shares, are her mother, who taught her the strength of a smile, and her husband, who has been her pillar of support. Ritu believes her leadership qualities stem from her pivotal role within her family, managing responsibilities with efficiency and care.
If given a chance to revisit her past in a time machine, Ritu would have liked to become a doctor, a profession that aligns with her nurturing nature.
