A professional artist, Ritika expresses her emotions on canvas, feeling liberated as she ignites her creativity through her artwork. Following her childhood hobby, Ritika rekindled the artist within her by sharing her talent with the world.

Ritika Aurora is a professional artist who works as an online coach and mentor at the USA-based Milan Art Institute.

Hailing from Jalandhar, Punjab, Ritika was born and raised in Ludhiana in a business-class family, developing a deep fondness for art from an early age. Ritika studied Fine Arts at a convent school, ranking first in her town. After completing her first year of graduation, she was married off at the age of nineteen. Devoting fifteen years to her family life, Ritika returned to painting, listening to her heart and soul.

Alongside pursuing her interest in art, Ritika resumed her education, earning an online master's degree from the USA, which transformed her life. Since then, she has exhibited her art globally and served as a mentor for numerous individuals. Traveling further fueled her love for art.

Regarding her profession, Ritika primarily creates oil-based paintings revolving around themes of freedom, confident women, dreams, etc. Despite initial difficulties in expressing herself due to her conservative background, Ritika later experienced the freedom that manifested in her paintings.

Challenges arose, and Ritika faced difficulties selling her artwork in the initial years, but she persevered with self-belief and emerged victorious. Despite the initial challenges of being a housewife, her passion for art sustained her motivation.

Describing her achievements, Ritika shares that she recently participated in the American reality show ‘Outstanding Artist: Season 3,’ which will be aired soon. Serving as a mentor at the art school where she studied has been Ritika's most significant achievement. She believes that artists shape the future of any community or era.

Ritika dreams of hosting a solo exhibition one day that would reflect the various shades of womanhood.

When asked about her role models, Ritika mentions her employer, Elli Milan, who has been her mentor throughout her artistic journey. She is equally inspired by her supportive family members.

Ritika is a devoted fan of Bollywood, especially actor Shahrukh Khan, and his movie dialogue, “If you really desire something from your heart, the whole universe will conspire to help you achieve it,” holds a special place in her heart.

If Ritika could travel back in time via a time machine, she wouldn't change anything, as she believes her struggles shaped her into the person she is today. Although she initially regretted not completing her education and marrying at an early age, she compensated for it later in life.

Ritika advises aspiring artists to keep learning and pursue their interests passionately. She suggests they work with discipline and practice on a daily basis. “Every dream is worth living,” concludes Ritika.
